Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by aiMiles B.V., trading as Oasy ("Oasy", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. The Services
Oasy provides a publisher stack for the Agentic Web: tools to detect and classify automated agent traffic, analyze it, monetize it through contextual sponsored content, block unwanted crawlers, and enhance responses served to AI agents.
We may modify, expand, or discontinue parts of the services at any time. Where changes materially affect paying customers, we will provide reasonable notice.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the services. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services. This includes not attempting to interfere with or disrupt the services, not accessing them by automated means outside documented interfaces, not reverse engineering our software except where permitted by law, and not using the services to distribute unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
4. Publisher and Advertiser Terms
Publishers integrating our services are responsible for ensuring the integration complies with the laws and platform policies applicable to their websites. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content and claims in their sponsored messaging.
Commercial terms such as fees, revenue shares, and payment schedules are set out in the applicable order form or agreement between you and Oasy.
5. Intellectual Property
The services, including all software, designs, and content we provide, are owned by Oasy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services as intended for the duration of your agreement with us.

6. Privacy and Data
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on behalf of customers, our Data Processing Agreement applies.
7. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular revenue or traffic outcome will be achieved.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Oasy in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros if no such payments were made.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oasy from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and, where curable, fail to remedy the breach within a reasonable period after notice.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
